Ski Week Break/International Foods Cooking Camp Ages 6-14

There are so many foods in the world that we just donít know exist. In this camp we will explore and create foods around the world and eat them!

Day 1 - Kuchen (America), Greek Salad, Brazilian Squash Soup, Irish Soda Bread, Meatloaf and Gravy (America)

Day 2 - Hummus and Pita Chips (Israel), Quiche Lorainne (France), Pickled Mexican Vegetables, Manhattan Clam Chowder (America), Carapulcra - Pork and Potato Stew (Peru)

Day 3 - Lentils with Bacon (France), Boston Cream Pie (America), Rosemary Garlic Kugel (Germany), Indian Chicken Salad in a Pita, Bruschetta (Italy)

Day 4 - Tropical Spinach Salad (Spain), Chilean Corn & Meat Casserole, French Gougeres, Ecuadorian Tortillas, Chocolate Babka (Ukraine)

Due to Covid, we will only be holding the enrollment to 14 kids.

Cooking with Cruciferous Vegetables-After School Cooking Class at The Ranch

This is a 3 class series, February 4, 11 & 25

These vegetables include broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, collard greens, kale, and turnips, also called Brassica vegetables. Some of them contain substances that may protect against cancer.

Despite that these are "good for you", we'll find ways to make them taste good! The recipes that we'll be making, Cheesy Potato Cauliflower Mash, Chocolate Chip Brownie Broccoli Pancakes, Air Fried Parmesan Brussels Sprouts, Cheese Pizza Cauliflower Tots. Come join us for some good food makin'!

Tiburon: April-5-2021 thru April-9-2021

Spring Break Cooking Camp-Food From Everywhere!-Ages 5-14

Sign your kids up for this session! We'll be creating food from all over the world. A little something from here and there. Bottom line, we're making great food, YUM!!!

Early Drop Off care from 9am-10am at $15-After Camp care from 2pm-3pm at $15 Both AM & PM will be offered for $25 a day OR $95 for AM & PM all 5 days

Our hands-on cooking camps will enable kids to find their inner chef. The Culinary Dude has created a wonderful collection of daily menus that the kids will cook themselves. Using the fresh ingredients, fun and interactive cooking techniques, the kids will prepare meals from scratch each day as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen etiquette, measuring ratios, prep skills, and table manners. In addition to a wide variety of tactile recipes, kids will participate in additional food-related activities.

All camps include lunch for all campers.

We offer a variety of cooking camps throughout the year with a wide array of themes. We are a nut-free business and use sunflower seeds, SunButter & Wowbutter as a nut replacement unless otherwise requested.

Your children are not numbers to us! Unlike other programs who just want your money, our focus is to cater to each child individually, help them where they need improvement and cap our class numbers to keep the class intimate, so your child does not get lost in the masses and feels like they are truly a part of the whole.

The kids will be working together to create their lunch for that day. Each meal includes a main dish, side dish, vegetable or fruit dish and a dessert. We will be creating up to 6 recipes.
